devil went down to georgia (click.)
dear friends,
i hope none of you would be offended at the prospect of a musical project featuring members of ette and christians + lions being called sharp teeth.
it's under consideration and i think it's somewhat appropriate and nice-sounding, too, in my humble opinion.
much love,
ben

SHARP TEETH 10.23 UPDATE!!!
Dear Friends,
Well, I failed to take into account the fact that there is:
1. A World Series Game between the Red Sox and the Cardinals
2. One of the largest boat races in the world (The Head of the Charles)
3. A Patriot's Game
today in/around Boston.

All this + the protest march = not a good day to try to head into Boston for Grasshopper.

Thus, there is a new plan:
Dave is planning on seeing Shaun of the Dead tonight at 7:20 at the Braintree Cinemas. If anyone wants to join him, feel free to meet up at the Academy at 7:00pm. (If you come and then decide not to go to the movie, you can hang out and watch the game here too.)

Sorry about all the craziness!
Yours,
Ben

Edit: Emily and I are headed in to Grasshopper now, to try and avoid the craziness.

NEWSLETTER 10.22
Dear Friends of Sharp Teeth,
I apologize for not getting an e-mail out on Wednesday of this week -- things got a little crazy with schoolwork. Feel free to pick up the slack any time that happens though! It's a collective -- you're "allowed" to do that!

Anywho, I was thinking of not doing anything really "official" this week and just heading over to Grasshopper for the $8 buffet. What do you folks think? I say meet at the Academy at like 5:30pm and then head in? It'll probably be a T trip, 'cause my new used car is dead after a half a day of driving. : /

For anyone that is interested, there's a march being organized by BAMM to protest the use of non-lethal weapons. I'm sure you've all heard about the Emerson student that was killed by the cops during the Red Sox riots, so I won't get into it here. That starts at 5:30 and info can be found on the Honeypump Messageboard (http://board.honeypump.net) and elsewhere (search for BAMM, etc., maybe on LucyParsons.org?)

I'm hoping we can get some things planned for Halloween and beyond at this little meet. I think it will be a good oppertunity to relax and have some fun and still get some talk in.

I hope I'll see some of you at the Boston Vegetarian Food festival today, too! http://www.bostonveg.org/foodfest/

Yours,
Ben
